At Vale James, we are committed to a clear and straightforward shipping experience. Every order within the United States ships free.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Vale James ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to international destinations.

DELIVERY TIMES
Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, which may add one day to the estimate.
Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, your order is handed to one of our trusted carriers.
Transit time: 5 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

CARRIER SERVICES
We work with reliable carriers to deliver within the United States, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.

SHIPPING COSTS
United States: free shipping on every order, with no minimum order requirement.
There are no handling fees, surcharges or destination fees at any point, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.
International: we do not ship outside the United States, so no international shipping rates apply.
